Integrative massage is any single treatment or combination of my training and experience in Neuromuscular Therapy (also known as deep tissue or trigger point therapy), hot stone, movement and exercise guidance, myofascial release, reflexology, swedish massage, and aromatherapy. 

My massage has helped people with pain relief in such areas as headaches, migraines, arthritis, back pain, plantar fascitis, and more. Many of my clients have also found benefits to their sleep, stress and energy levels, appearance of their skin, and toning of their muscles.
