I have been practicing massage since 2004 and received my MS in Kinesiology in 2018. I have specialized and had specific training in multiple techniques that I draw from to make every massage as individual to each person I meet. I consider myself to be an advicate, enthusiast, and recently a graduate and professional of fitness and exercise. I have trained and worked in many Physical Therapy clinics and so much of my passion and style of massage lingers toward the othorpedic, but to limit the benefits of my massage to only this would be limiting to what you will experience.
I grew up in the Bay Area, moved to Texas in 2014, and finally moved and settled here in Minden in 2016. I have been happy to share my skills with so many of my clients, and look forward to many more years.
